With a Master's degree in Psychology and a Ph.D. in Medical Research, I have a solid educational background in the mental health field. I have also received comprehensive professional training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered counseling, relaxation and mindfulness techniques. Currently, I am pursuing a three-year training in systemic therapy.

My professional experience include diverse working settings such as university hospitals, outpatient clinics, non-profit organizations, research institutes, and international organizations.
